West Ottawa Athletic Booster 7th Annual Golf Outing

Location:   Macatawa Legends Golf Club   
4600 Macatawa Legends Blvd Holland, MI                       
2 Flights:  8:15 am & 1:00 pm (lunch included for all golfers for both flights starting at 11:30a).  
*Registration starts at 7:30 am for morning flight and 11:00 am for afternoon flight*

This Fund Raising effort is to help support the Athletic Teams & Programs at West Ottawa High School and Middle School  Donation Fee of $320 per team ($80 / Golfer) - HS / MS Student Price Reduced ($55 / Golfer)

The format is a 4 man – 18 hole scramble.  Please come out and enjoy a round of golf and dinner with 3 of your friends / family members 

*NOTE:  Forms need to be received no later than 3:00pm Monday, June 5th
